Our prices do not include delivery costs. All orders are preferably picked up at our showroom. We can arrange tailor-made delivery at additional cost. When finishing your order form, we will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate the pick-up or give you an exact quote of delivery prices.
Which courier will deliver your package to you depends on the size of your item. Small items like small chairs, lamps, side tables and oddities will be shipped with DPD. Bigger items will be shipped with UPS. We will get in contact with you about the shipping cost per item.
Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If the courier hasn’t been able to deliver your parcel, new attempts will be at your own expense.
Shipping costs with depend on the size of your item, ranging from € 5 – 100,-. Delivery will take place on the day you selected together with Casa Gitane. The courier will give you a call 2 hours before his arrival. Delivery is up to your front door at the ground floor. Please take in mind that the courier will make one attempt to deliver your treasure, so make sure you are home at the day of delivery. If you’re not at home when the courier comes, he will take your item back to the warehouse. A second delivery attempt is on your own expense.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your treasure, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. When you want to return your treasure to us, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order and payment confirmations.
You have the choice to deliver the item to our warehouse yourself or to let a courier deliver the item for you.
To deliver the item yourself, make an appointment with Casa Gitane to set a date and place for your return.
If you chose to let a courier return the item for you, please note that the shipping costs are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Damaged items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached. Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the item has been accepted the item will be refunded within 10 working days.
